In 2024, we launched Yellow Ball, our CSR programme, rooted in Red Engine's purpose-driven origins and inspired by the legacy of the Follow That Fire Engine tour.

Spanning across Flight ClubElectric Shuffle, and Red Engine, we're passionate about the people, the planet and how we can support our community.

Yellow Ball is based around three core pillars. Overseen in by our Yellow Ballers.

OUR 2024 ACHIEVEMENTS

It's been a year of joyful progress, meaningful action, and playing with purpose. Here are some of our most proudest moments!

YELLOW BALLERS

A dedicated team of 40 Yellow Ballers, representing every venue and the central team across the UK sit on the Yellow Ball committee. They meet monthly to set the agenda and drive forward impactful projects and ensure it is truly employee-led.

Every month, our Yellow Ballers keep the wider team connected, inspired and informed on our Yellow Ball journey with the "Ball of Good News".

Our Pledge

Playing with Purpose means nothing without the people driving it. The Yellow Ballers are the heart of this movement, turning ambition into action and making Yellow Ball a living part of everything we do.

Yellow Ball Foundation

We’re turning passion into purpose with the launch of our Community Pillar—focused on Civic Engagement and Giving. Say hello to the Yellow Ball Foundation, our very own charity dedicated to making a meaningful difference.

With our Community Plan, our roadmap for supporting and engaging with our local communities, we’re more excited than ever to make a lasting difference beyond our venues.

Target £201,320 in 2025 DONATE

I am particularly passionate about the community side of Yellow Ball and being apart of a team that helps support our local charities and communities feels really important to me.

Grace, Red Engine

With the help of our Yellow Ballers, we're proudly supporting 17 local charities, all chosen by our venue teams, alongside supporting the three original Follow That Fire Engine charities.

WORKING WITH US

Our people power everything we do. We’ve built a culture where careers grow, wellbeing matters, and everyone feels truly valued—with development programmes, internal progression, and standout support like mental health resources and private healthcare.

With top-tier retention and team engagement, we’re proud to be a place where people genuinely love to work.

I’ve helped support the successful launch of five new venues, working with new teams to set them up for success. Watching a new site come to life—and knowing you’ve played a part in shaping that team’s culture—is a brilliant feeling.

Environmental Impact

We’ve always cared about our environmental impact—but now we’re stepping it up. In 2023, we formalised our approach using the B Corp framework and partnered with Zero Carbon Forum to measure our footprint and drive meaningful change.

From energy-saving tech to waste reduction, we're proud of the progress so far—and we're just getting started.

Yellow Ball is important to me because I get to make my voice heard and uplift those around me. It means I get to make a difference for those around me, and help make the company a better place to work not only for the team but for the environment and my community.
